Reformer Classes
Introductory Offer
3 reformer classes for £55 (one month expiry)
In our reformer classes we have a maximum 5 people, we aim to give you our full attention and direction to help you achieve the most out of these wonderful machines. The reformer uses weights and resistance in a variety of positions to increase strength and flexibility as well getting your body to move in all directions.
One of the fantastic benefits of being a smaller studio is that our teachers will get to know your body, offer individual adaptions and through this personalised attention you will really get the most out of your sessions. Our aim in the studio is to make everyone feel confident to enjoy the reformer and the benefits that it can bring and our small dedicated classes can help do that.
All teachers are trained in mat and reformer Pilates and work using all the principles of the Pilates method.
We run the following types of classes.
Fundamental
Intermediate
Pregnancy (18 weeks - full term) Classes starting Thursday 7th May 2026.
Fundamental Reformer Class
If you are new to the reformer this is the class for you, our teachers will get you comfortable with the reformer, going through various positions that we can use to get your body moving for a full body workout.
However, this class isn’t just for beginners, maybe you have an injury which is restricting is movement, or you are coming back to the reformer after a long break or maybe you just prefer this class so you focus on the fundamentals at a slightly slower pace.
But don’t be fooled, this still will be a challenging class, the teachers will ensure that we are working and strengthening your muscles as well as getting some incredible stretches in and the beauty of the reformer is that once you are comfortable with the machine, you can adjust the tension etc. to create individual challenge.

Intermediate Reformer Class
This class is for those who feel confident on the reformer, understand the Pilates principles, don’t have any significant current injuries or are managing them well. Please do not book this class if you have never used a reformer, this is not reflective of your strength or ability but more to do with your experience on the reformer and becoming familiar with it. If you are coming back from injury/rehab please book into the fundamental class until you are ready to rejoin.
This dynamic class is a flowing class, challenging the body in all directions in a focused and controlled way, using both contemporary and classical exercises to get the most out of the machine. The exercises will both stretch and strengthen your body and create a full body and mind workout.
We recommend that you have attended at 4/5 of the fundamental classes before joining the intermediate class so that this can be a flowing experience for all attendees, most importantly is that you feel comfortable on the reformer. Added props may also be added to create variety and challenge but most importantly still using the Pilates principles and method.
If you are experienced on the reformer and are just new to the studio and have no significant injuries then you are welcome to join this class.

Pregnancy Reformer
Pregnancy is a very special time but also a demanding one. Our expertly trained teachers will help to strengthen muscles in a safe and controlled way , encourage flexibility, release tension, encourage breath and pelvic floor awareness. Being pregnant does not mean you will not be challenged but it does the teacher will be mindful of what you are feeling week to week and adapt accordingly. The classes are suitable from 18 weeks and then right up to their due date and beyond. Cushions and props will be provided to help to get comfortable on the reformers where needed.
Pregnancy Reformer Class
Thursdays at 5.30pm
The classes are for 45 minutes.

Reformer Prices
Introductory Offer - 3 classes for £55.
These are valid for 1 month (30 days) from the date of purchase, you must be a new studio client and are only available for one person per offer.
Please only purchase the offer if you know you can use the classes within the month as no refunds will be given. This offer is not available for the pregnancy classes.
Drop In - £29
5 Class Pack - £135 (£27 per class) Valid for 2 months
10 Class Pack - £250 (£25 per class) Valid for 4 months

Please note that our general reformer group classes are not suitable if you are currently pregnant or have had a baby in the previous 6 months as I am unable to guarantee all teachers have had the relevant training. If you are already attending sessions and you become pregnant please message through the contact form and we can discuss how to continue if this is something you want to do or you may want to consider our pregnancy classes.
